Need to return an item?

Hiwotfashion.com offers completely HASSLE-FREE returns!

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service and support we can. We have all been there so, for any reason, you may return or exchange your order to Hiwotfashion.com within 14 days of the purchase date at NO COST to you!

If you find a product to be defective, it can be returned at any time. If you need to exchange or return a product, please call us at 301-755-6804 Monday-Saturday 10- AM to 6PM. Items must have their original tags and labels with the proper receipt, and items must not appear to be worn or used. Our products are European made quality products.

Sale Returns

Any items bought on sale CANNOT be returned. This includes all items in the sale category and all items bought during site promotions. If you have any questions about our return policy please call us at 301-755-6804 Monday-Saturday 10- AM to 6PM. No refunds are issued for price promotions i.e. you bought an item at 30% off and then later we offer it for 50% off. We will not issue the difference. All prices at time of purchase are final.

For Ethiopian Traditional Clothes Only
